Requirements

• Registered business, entry in the trade register or commercial register
• Exemption certificate for construction withholding tax (Section 48b EStG)
• Current clearance certificates from tax office, health insurers, SOKA-BAU and employers' liability insurance
• Business liability insurance
• Compliance with minimum wage and safety rules; valid work permits for all employees
• Only for workers posted from abroad: A1 certificates
